What is the exchange, return and refund policy at MUJI physical stores?

Merchandises purchased in-store can be exchanged at any physical MUJI store in Malaysia within 7 days from the purchase date shown on the purchase receipt.


However, certain goods are not eligible for exchange. These unexchangeable products include: Furniture, Food & Drinks, Innerwear & Pyjamas, Socks, Vouchers, Displaying Samples, and Embroidered/Altered items.
