Return shipping fees are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item sent by MUJI.
In such cases, MUJI will arrange or reimburse the return shipping accordingly.
We recommend using a trackable courier service, as MUJI Malaysia will not be responsible for parcels lost during return shipment.
