What is MUJI’s exchange policy?

Products purchased on muji.com.my may be exchanged within 14 days of the invoice date only in exceptional cases, such as receiving a defective product, an incorrect item, or a missing component.


Exchanges are not available for change-of-mind reasons.


To qualify for an exchange, the product must be unused, in new condition, with original tags intact, and accompanied by the original invoice.


The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Furniture
  • Food & beverages
  • Underwear & loungewear
  • Socks
  • Gift vouchers
  • Display samples
  • Embroidered, altered or customized products
