How do I use the Store Pick Up?

Introducing our NEW Service: Store Pick Up


Order Online | Pay & Pick Up In-store | No Delivery Fee


Skip the queue! You can now pick-up your Online Orders in your preferred store, with NO Delivery Fee.


In 4 Simple Steps:

Step 1: Order your item(s) online at https://www.muji.com.my/ 

Step 2: At the checkout page, select your preferred store for order collection. You'll receive an Order Confirmation e-mail from us.

Step 3: Once you receive the Order Is Ready to Pick e-mail, please visit your selected store within SEVEN (7) days to make payment and collect the order. 

Step 4: Upon arrival at the store, skip the queue and proceed to the Store Pick Up cashier counter. Show the Order e-email to our friendly staff, and they will assist you with your payment and collection. 



FAQs:

1. What is the exchange, return and refund policy at MUJI physical stores?

Merchandises purchased in-store can be exchanged at any physical MUJI store in Malaysia within 7 days from the purchase date shown on the purchase receipt.


However, certain goods are not eligible for exchange. These unexchangeable products include: Furniture, Food & Drinks, Innerwear & Pyjamas, Socks, Vouchers, Displaying Samples, and Embroidered/Altered items.

2. Which stores are available for the Store Pick Up service?

The Store Pick Up service is currently available at selected MUJI stores only. Eligible stores will be shown during checkout when selecting the Store Pick Up option. Find out more here: Store Locator


3. Am I still eligible to collect MUJI Miles? 

Yes, all completed orders made via online or in-store are eligible for MUJI Miles. More info here: About MUJI Miles


4. Can I enjoy the discounts/offers in Online Store when I check out with Store Pick Up service?

No. Online-exclusive discounts and offers are only applicable for orders completed via Online Store checkout. Orders placed using the Store Pick Up service are not eligible for these promotions.


5. Why can’t I purchase online-only sizes and collect them via the Store Pick Up service?

Online-only sizes are exclusively available for purchases completed through the Online Store checkout and are not applicable for Store Pick Up service orders.


6. Can I still receive the GWP (Gift With Purchase)?

No. GWP promotions are only applicable for purchases completed via the Online Store checkout and are not eligible for Store Pick Up service orders.
