You can collect MUJI Miles both online and in-store, but MUJI Miles can only be redeemed in-store.
Online:
- MUJI Miles will be credited to your MUJI Passport app on the next working day after successful delivery.
For In-Store:
- Please present the ID barcode of your MUJI passport before making a payment.
- Mobile screenshot, printed paper and verbal indication of ID number are not accepted.
- MUJI Miles will be reflected on the next working day.
