Yes, you can collect MUJI Miles both online and in-store, but MUJI Miles can only be redeemed in-store.
Shopping (RM1 spent = 1 MUJI Mile)
Online:
- MUJI Miles will be credited to your MUJI Passport app on the next working day after successful delivery.
For In-Store:
- Please present the ID barcode of your MUJI passport before making a payment.
- Mobile screenshot, printed paper and verbal indication of ID number are not accepted.
- MUJI Miles will be reflected on the next working day.
Check-in (1 check-in = 10 MUJI Miles)
- Check in via the MUJI Passport App at MUJI Malaysia stores
- Only 1 check-in per store per day is allowed.
- Daily limit: 5 check-ins.
- MUJI Miles will be reflected 1 day later.
