If you have deleted MUJI passport application but still remember your MUJI passport ID and can be verified as the account owner, we can assist you in deleting the account.
Please send your account deletion request to the following email address customerservice_ec@muji.com.my including:- MUJI passport ID
- Recently purchased items
- Recently visited stores (checked in or purchased recently)
