Is my MUJI Online account synced with my MUJI Passport app account?

At present, these are two separate accounts, and the information is not yet synced or linked. You will need to manually sync the accounts, by following the steps here:

1. Log in to www.muji.com.my

2. Go to "Account Information"

3. Under Member ID, enter your MUJI Passport app Member ID (12 digits)

 

Important:

  • One online account can only be synced with one MUJI Passport app account.
  • Once synced, miles earned online and in-store will be consolidated under the same Member ID.
  • MUJI Miles can only be utilized in-store.
